The only cannabis cup he wants is to dump all of his shares on the investors. The investors are pretty pissed off at Looter right now. Many of the investors can't even sell them at a loss because, the shares are restricted from trading. This company will never come out of Global Lock also Looter will never do a real PR with a creditable news media. No one trusts his word anymore on FB. That's the only place he does his PR's to try to pick up new investors.
