8/29/2014 - Jim Fallacaro, President of J3, as of today, has appointed Neal Egan to an officer of the company as Senior Vice President. Neal is already a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Egan is experienced in the management, planning, coordination, implementation and oversight of marketing and sales activities for a 300-person plus technical firm. During Mr. Egan’s 52 year engineering/management career he has performed design, test, and analysis in the development of major weapon systems (Minuteman missile, M1 Main Battle Tank, and others); as well as the management of teams developing technology for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense for defense, energy and environmental applications.

Mr. Egan’s education and experience has enabled him to successfully interact with prospective and present clients at the decision-maker level; and with the top-levels of corporate management. He has been responsible for coordinating new project and funding identification and capture, for over 20 years Neal actively lead the effort to successfully obtain over $200M-$250M of directed contract funds for his former employer.

As required, and as appropriate, he has represented his employers with present and potential federal government clients as well as those involved in federal legislative budgeting. Responsibilities also included identifying business opportunities; coordinating bid responses, proposal preparation and submittal including pricing, contract negotiations and monitoring customer satisfaction during job performance.

Neal was also responsible for liaison activities with federal congressional representatives, lobbyists and with the Western Governor's Association. Neal served 15 years as PAC Chairman and was responsible for managing employee contributions, and determining their distribution.

Recently Neal has participated in the rejuvenation of his hometown by purchasing a building and renovating it into condos. He continues to be active in the uptown recovery
