If, and I mean if, what you are positing here has any truth to it, there is NO way a Federal Circuit Judge is gonna overrule those "owners of the Fed".

If, again if, what you say is true and it's supposedly been going on for approx. 100 years, they will find a way to "take care of her."

I don't always agree with you, but I DO admire your passion, a little overwrought at times, on this subject.
