Yep, I got that. Thanks for calling. I've talked with the Canadian SEC about that 120 day rule and was informed it only applies to Canadians. Trading laws are applicable to the country of your residence.
So, the confusion continues.

Just so we are clear. I bought more today and I'm down 60%. I see a launch coming soon so I got my tickets. We have tremendous upside to make money on this one. I'm in!
