Two of the seven ACTCD issues listed in the SA article, http://seekingalpha.com/article/2129533-advanced-cell-technology-on-the-doorstep, have been resolved by the 100-1 split down, as led by new CEO Ted Myles, so agreed less hairy. Still much work to do.
