You're right! It looks real to me. R/S confirmed, although it's a very minor R/S. I'm sure Manzo only went 10:1 so as not to upset shareholders too much. If I were him, I would have gone 1000:1. Go big or go home! Mind you, FINRA hasn't approved it, so don't get too excited...yet.
