I wonder who can sell right away? Retail can buy right away and sell NEW shares right away. But I wonder if some foreign broker get to sell new shares the day after RS?

And also the volume is petty ,so maybe whoever can sell new shares asap is just getting out imo! When you see 10's of millions trading ,that is probably the company!
