Suzie Q doesn't have any license pending. Check for yourself. By the way, if you have any friends in Seattle have them drive by Suzie Q. I do have a pal up there and he's been there - he says its a disaster! He says there are no medical licenses in Washington state - only Recreational and PCMC doesn't show up on any of the lists. I doubt I'm going to wait around to see what happens - looks like trips time to me.
