I'm not sure what part of this people don't understand? This is from HPNNs recent financial filing dated August 14th.

"Re-Medical, Inc. is an IP development company for alternative medicines. The Company does not handle, sell, produce or distribute cannabis, nor does it intend to.""

HPNN is not in the medical MJ business, nor is RE-Med. It can't be any clearer.

MoMoney - Hop-On no longer in medical marijuana business

They have also got so scared that they have pulled all news about their Marijuana news from their website and have indicated they and their subsidiaries are not in the business. Not sure if they got a SEC Wells Notice or are being investigated, or if it was due to their bank not wanting to be associated with federal schedule 1 drug businesses like Hop-On was bragging they are now in.
