Based on the new agreement we can probably expect vesting(and sales) to begin immediately? Or next month? And we should see increased amount of shares sold based on the equation in the original agreement.
Immediately following the sales we'll see the usual questions and assumptions... I think we could use a clear and concise post that includes references to the original agreement and explanation of the bonus structure and vesting/sales schedule. I won't have time to do this myself for at least a week or three....if anyone else wants to take it on then we can sticky it in advance or shortly after the sales begin.
I understand the schedule and that vesting doesn't imply sales but in the past that appears to be the rhyme and reason behind the sales. I would certainly love it if he didn't sell any vested shares. I just don't see that happeneinf though. Just my thoughts.
