MCIG will not be boosting vitamin content. There is no reason to. Paul himself stated that ingestion of vitamins has no known nutritional value. Check the scientific literature. Boosting nothing gets you nothing. No one buys VCIGs for the vitamins. They buy the product for the coolness factor, the enjoyable flavors (like bubble gum), and the other ingredients. Whether they actually work or not, this is what's advertised on their site:
Relax:
B-Myrcene belongs to a class of aromatic plant compounds called monoterpenes and is incorporated for its sedative, muscle relaxant and analgesic properties.
Refresh:
Eucalyptol belongs to a class of aromatic plant compounds known as oxides and has expectorant, decongestant, antiseptic, bronchodilatory and cough suppressant properties.
Energize:
Limonene is a monoterpene incorporated for its stimulating, uplifting, antiseptic, and anxiolytic properties.
Calm:
Valerian is a natural herb that has been shown to reduce anxiety and assist with insomnia.
Grace:
Collagen is the most important structural protein in the human body. The degradation of collagen causes wrinkles and other skin issues. As a result, collagen is one of the most popular supplements due to its skin healing properties that are considered to be the "glue that holds the body together".
These are the only health claims that VCIG makes. If you want to debate the health effects of vitacigs, let's get the debate back to where it belongs - i.e. on what they are actually claiming not what some bashers want to scare you with.
