The fact that they filed is good news. The "On going concern" about there money wows is just part of business. I wish everything worked like clock work and we became rich by now but if penny stocks were that easy everyone would be doing it. As long as they are still working, we are still in it. And OT, I did get my 1M @ .0005 yesterday. 13M @ .0036
