Of course they don't need the S-1. They never have. It was a smart(er) way of accessing monies needed via traunches, which would need to be filed and us as shareholders would have more transparency as to how much money they are taking via dilution. Terms were way better as well.

Now we just watch them blindly dump shares on the market via horrible terms while the shareholders sit on their hands with no clue what's happening or when it's happening.

The S-1 was not needed by any means, but, it would have helped sustain the SP a little bit. Now I honestly think this will spiral down to trips again.

When's enough enough? Well, we can want in one hand and crap in the other.........
