As I said before, a r/S is not factored on the float...it's the outstanding number of shares. So a R/S would probably be around 1,000 or 2,000 to 1.
As to looking up the trademark, why should I look it up? I have already told you that that mark has no relevance.

Float has nothing to do with size of RS.
