Or mac appointed he and Akio before appointing the aussies..and which State do you think they will incorporate Radient? And what do you think we will call our new company? I will use my educated guess...lol and say Nevada Reid you understand..imo Wolf ahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Also Akio and Mac need to stick around..They have millions of dollars /chips to cash in...At 11 cent a share you understand....ESOP

Instead of attempting to misinterpret the filing, you should read look at it again. The filing states:

"The Company is currently insolvent and the new Board of Directors and the new senior management of the Company have been appointed to attempt to restructure the Company."

Obviously the situation is currently that of a private corporation getting its house in order.

Living, Please note the word "appointed" in describing the Aussies current job description.

Sigh, one more time- they were "appointed" by the Majority Shareholders to be The Face of the company and run day-to-day operations for them.
