No. Read my message. I bought at 8, when the bid was at 7. Right after I bought, it went to 8. Then, two minutes later, just before closing, it went back to 7 (on the bid). You won't be able to buy at 7, unless it goes to 7 or below, but you can always buy at the asking price.
