kblb will have to prove their worth before anyone considers buying them out...once they prove they can commercially produce and sell a product profitably, then they might become a buyout target...
kblb doesnt have "partners" to speak of...they pay und to use their facilities and pay them licensing fees...sial is selling them the use of zf...warwick is trying to see if they can do something with ms...they stand to gain if they can but dont lose much if they cant...
kblb rents a small lab, basically rents the scientists...they have a few patents and some equipment..
until they start selling something, they are virtually worthless imo...
