muddhole: thanks for recording and posting this data. Could someone please explain to me why between Dec. 27,2013 thru June 25, 2014 the Free Trading share count as gone up from 451,913,xxx to 542,793,xxx shares when NTEK was supposed to buying back $500,000 worth of shares each quarter? ($1,000,000 total) Since the average price per share between Jan 1,2014 thru June 30,2014 was about 8.5 cents, NTEK could have bought back about 11,760,000 shares. Since the Free Trading number has not decreased does this mean that the "Buyback" shares were used to pay employees? The OTC Mkts Quarterly report for Period ending March 31,2014 makes no mention of the buyback activity. Thanks.
