Well, it is a shame.

I wish we could see a single, well written, explanation of what KMAG has done. It would be quite easy to lay out the steps they have taken if they have taken them, i.e.

Completed the 2 years of audited financial statements

Prepared and submitted the 10 filing on such a date and to whom and when will it be filed with the SEC and show up in Edgar?

Submitted all information required by _________, the MM who has agreed to this role.

Current best guess on registration of stock and moving off the grays is _______

Whatever the steps, this timeline, long ago promised is now long overdue, and simply not that hard to do.
