In the meantime, where are those delinquent SMKY filings that are required by law and two years overdue?

I don't think there is any new production facility coming inside Mary Anns processing plant.

These projections are all forward looking of course, and yet the SEC filings are in the rearview mirror due.

As in due years ago, and still not public information.

Especially if one is going to fire up the SMKY story again with press releases and 8-K's and such - I would suspect filing your old 10-K's is kind of important.

All I see and hear so far is just the same damn story some of us have been thru all before from years ago.
