Unfortunately you are correct. They will raise the AS to accommodate the conversions. Let's hope you and others don't convert.

100% nonsense unless you can show us the current AS is over 4.85B shares! How could you convert the PS-E with just 773,319,803 shares (as of 09/30/2013) or less available for issuance?

I have E shares also and it looks like from your posting they can change the conversion rate by changing the par value... I checked the current par value and it looks like 1000 shares converts to 100,000 shares; not 1 share for 100,000 shares? What do you think?
