Bill has already laid the groundwork for using that story to gin up more stock to sell, having maxed out the current AS of FITX. FITX will "merge" with another "company" that has LOTS of stock to sell. If he doesn't get put in jail or banned from the business of selling worthless stock first, it will come. That's a sure bet.

I don't think they have much of a choice. They are out of shares to sell. Its either reverse split, AS increase or selling off more of the company.
