You can Market sell anything, some brokerages don't allow Market buy orders, big distinction there. That drop was likely just someone giving up and getting out on GRCU so they can make a move elsewhere.

Market orders on volatile penny stocks are for idiots, most brokers don't allow them to protect the idiots who would use them.
