Apparently **** is not a reliable source. I have learned that it was shut down pretty much before it began. It is amazing what you can learn from going to the correct place. Forget the 3% rumor. It was 0% from the beginning, the same as the previous test at the Univ of Ark! Imagine that ... two different scientists in different labs both came up with 0% independently.
