Haha, well I sure hope that doesn't become the case. I was an investor in W+B Partners before they merged into EMBR because I like what I have seen from them. I was already heavily invested in the 4 other tickers under their umbrella when this merger was announced and I plan to get in on the stock of their most recently announced client. Although based on the behavior of every other one so far I plan to watch it for several days or weeks before jumping in. They all seem to run up prior to the announcement and then reverse course and level off while they wait for the developments they plan on.
monda2frida hey could u post some kind of summary or something for the newbies? what a mess. i've read all post going back 3 months and don't know any more then when i started. i know 1. embr is a holding co 2. they've been diluted on hard (happening right now again) So are they actually being investigated by the SEC? Who is Surfcast? I'd say so far hes been correct here? stock at yearly low. i don't know, any help would be super appreciated. thanks willtopol
