Company market cap is so low at the moment. Filing of RS already dropped us 70%.

The thing I don't understand is why did they not just do RS, what are they waiting for.

Are they waiting for some news event, will RS take place, (60 days from filing and counting)

Now if it does go down, I can't see this being much more. I will add if that happens.

You can buy a million shares for under $3000, bloody ridiculous. Risk reward just got a lot better.

I also believe we are oversold, and once price begins to move up, it will do this quickly. Watch the bid if it starts creeping up then someone is looking for sellers.
