still leaves a lot of small shareholders.

Let's do the math:

Im completely shooting from the hip here...dont have time to go through the financials for an accurate count. so....

Sam own 86% of the shares...which leaves about 100M shares... minus the employees, medtest, etc who account down to the 62M float...Im not even going to minus that handful out of the 7000 shareholders of record...so for fun let's just say --

62M / 7000 = 8857 (ish) shares per holder average... ( I know I own more than that ;) ) pretty small average per.. so even if we have a lot of small holders in the mix, it averages out...
