I thought one of the filings cleared up the disclosure of the perceived conflict, I could be wrong and don't have the time to go through the filings. At this point, I am basing my opinion of the new team predominantly on the credentials of Cohen and Vallner and what they have demonstrated thus far.

But trust is earned, the new team is starting to earn that, but have a bit to go, I suspect putting the financials to bed will nearly eliminate all doubt of their committment, so that represents a big milestone on several fronts, which is why I appreciate your reservations at this time.

Were the auditors given all the money? I don't think they were. They will now have it all for sure.
