This is the response that I received from Bill Delgado on August 7th. We will see the audits by 9/30. Just have a little patience...

The audited financials with the form 10 will detail all stock transactions including all issuances and debt conversions. I am anticipating the form 10 to be issued by 9/30. I believe at that time all your company questions will be answered. After the form 10 is approved, all affiliate and insider stock holdings will be disclosed in form 3 or 4.

Out of curiosity how could a company make publicly avail audited books if not an SEC filer, have you ever seen this done before?
