That is not unusual. However, the ability to buy and sell grey market (de-listed) stocks is dependent upon the trading rules and policies established by the broker. In this case, if you already where holding shares in PHOT, I am pretty sure most (if not all) brokers will allow you to place a Limit Sell order. However, for grey market stocks, many brokers will not allow new Buy orders.
