At least it's not in the low trips. Expect to get information by the end of next week. If not, then the low trips are possible.

Regarding the Process suit, George McManus now represents Process and there should be filings (or Judge's decisions?) in answer to a few open matters. The Asa Hutchinson Law Firm has done a stellar job representing HTI/AHS to date.
