He is going back on his route to see if he can recover the $3.2 million scattered on the road he likely lost if this comes to fruition.

100,000 shares wasn't it ? @ $36/share minus what he sold for not including fees.

Of course if this hits,he will say that he bought them back when they declined and made a pile even as he was trying to convince people to sell.

He is listed as a "strong sell" on the other board but I do not see large volume of selling going on!
