I totally agree and I do think that CVM could get at least a 50% bump with a favorable high dollar mediation decision...

I also think it interesting that the mediation was hyped as a process that would avoid the long drawn out court procedure....as we approach nearly a year of mediation

Both sides present their facts/evidence..a mediator evaluates ..a decision is made....

Maybe there is more to this event than we know....
