I am not sure of the relevance of NOL metrics and XIDEQ. If more than 50% of equity changes hands in a CHXI, no carryover is permissible. I find it highly unlikely that the refinancing presently under discussion would involve anything less than 75-80% of equity for the expansive financial re-engineering of the balance sheet and enough liquidity to continue operating as a going concern.
