I generally agree. However, so far the "news" has never really moved Oncs. Instead, it's been big money moving it up and now down.

If I may, I have stated before that I am a horrible tech analysis person. However, I have seen that tech analysts are in greater supply than fundamentalists such as myself. So while a stock can have great fundamentals, once it starts a downward direction, the tech guys trade it and short it which sends it further down. Once it hits the bottom (according to the technical guys) they start to buy it and drive it back up. So IMO I could see technicals alone driving this up over $1, the higher it climbs the more traders jump on board, the more emotion and euphoria, and vice versa.
I do think news will be our primary driver, however we are about 40% below where we should be right now IMO, so not much news is actually needed to get us there, but it will be needed to keep the PPS up.
