did anyone else see on cnbc where they are considering allowing trading of .01 penny stocks as a trial on regular market, not otc, this is for 2 reasons, there has been a massive reduction in people playing the market and they feel it will instill more interest. i bring this up as i have noticed the decrease in players, and i am also of the belief that volume will increase in market as summer ends. just a thought.
