Sorry to disagree, but the patents are "not" hearsay, but your right, until the company is audited, files a registration statement and registers its shares with the SEC., many do not share the optimistic attitude that so many others display here.
Regardless, it's a done deal, and once it's seen that the SEC. is satisfied that all is in order, then what can be said then!?

Provided, that; MAJOR aspects of SEED-TO-SALE, are being implemented.
Moreover, just the mere mention (PR) of Audited Fins & upgrading to an "SEC Reporting company", will SPIKE THE PPS to well over the $750 Million Mkt. cap. Of course presuming that vital aspects of SEED-TO-SALE are falling in place.

The POINT to take home here is:- A Million Shares of $ERBB will be worth more, a lot more at that point!
