#28340 RE: Snizzle #28339

I haven't come across that name before.

One possibility is that after Kritsky pulled his license from RENU, he hooked up with this guy, to continue profiting off of his license.

It's pretty clear that Cox stayed on, and in the PR that was put out announcing the SDI acquisition, it was stated that he (Cox) was responsible for obtaining needed permits.

If Cox continued to use Kritsky's license, then Cox needs to be the target of any investigation and civil suit, and precisely why RENU has commenced the suit vs him.

When you add in all of the other garbage going on: incomplete work, stiffing customers and then rallying them to complain and start a class action suit, etc etc, that is when you see all of these other guys firmly entrenched in the whole mess.

AFAIK, this Bathalter guy might just be a non related party here. But, I will further investigate, just to make certain.

This guys seems to be on the "up and up". He's been in business for awhile, not sure why he needed Kritsky's license, unless he wanted the "solar" one, and Krits made him take the "general" one too....

The "general contracting" license on Taurus' website is their own, not Kritsky's.

Maybe Kritsky subs them out for some of his projects? IDK. No idea the relationship here, but I can't draw a line to anything RenuEn related.

Will keep it on the back burner though. You just never know.
