Just curious...maybe u can help me.

How do you "play the dips" on a stock that's hot. I only have a few shares, I lossed everything in pennies this year, $20k incl the wife:(
I want to go long but I REALLY need to increase my share count. I saw that this stock hit .06 in the last year. Even though we're all excited, do you think it would be wise to sell at .06 and see if it dips, however briefly, back down before surging? I am embarrassed to say that all I could afford was 25,000 shares since "striking out" this year...

Just looking for some help...much appreciated from anyone.
