You just answered your own question. The price goes up and down, hence what appears to happen is that the stock is being "traded." Smart folks buy on the low sell on the high (trading 101). Whether its a scam or not, the stock moves, and when a stock moves, people buy and sell, hence "trading." If people are here, it's on their accord, it's their gamble.
The negative talk is crazy, everyone knows the risks of trading triple zero stocks.
