jeff, there was no money associated with the RS. The RS was so YA could get out. I said this last year that YA wanted out when they talked about the RS that was foiled by shareholders in 2013...

LM's salary comes from operating income. When they receive revenues and payment is made, the cash is used to pay Admin expenses. She is an Admin expense.
