Reality is PayPal and credit card processors carefully check out sellers and will shut them down if products aren't delivered as specified or the vendor is less than 100% honest. Paypal doesn't want to be on the hook if a buyer wants his money back and the seller has disappeared.
If GNGR doesn't want to use PP why not use credit cards ... like everyone else takes online?
