What leads you to believe that they've "been cited for deficiencies"? This is a pretty specific accusation which "IMO" isn't enough to back up. Is there any evidence for this?

Just the way the delays in announcements have played out. He's done it before. The GNC fallout didn't hit until someone forced it, so he seemed to have no real intention of keeping share holders informed.

So HC came out back in July. Bill said nothing. Not a peep. Instead he posted pics of his upturned thumb with Ukrainians and provided some very ambiguous descriptions.

Why sit on this HC inspection? If it was good, he would have plastered it all over the web. Instead, he kept it quiet and didn't release anything until a couple of competitors IPO'd. There is only one reason for sitting on the inspection. They failed. IMHO.
