See my post last night explaining difference between ch. 1 and ch. 2 reports. I believe it is an either/or, not both. Also, look back at SLTD's first int'l application. There, there was only a ch. 1 report too.

EDIT: A ch. 2 report is optional. It only follows if requested by the patent applicant.

Guys I think you spreading unnecesarily fear about the patent thing... without knowing exactly the meaning of the statements. Just check the share price after you started again messing with the patent thing...
