Your first question takes about 3 seconds to answer if you did the slightest due diligence yourself.

"zero clients so far" is a flat out lie. Just last week they put out a PR announcing a $10.4 million dollar private label contract with JBM Sales and marketing for six brands of flavored coffee. Did you not see that?

The share count rise is a simple answer also, its called stock options. It is an incentive to motivate sales force and to retain them. The share count went up slightly over the last 3 years, insignificant IMO from 385 million to 388 million.

I will gladly ask other questions but why the sarcasm with "good luck getting a straight answer?" This will be my fourth visit to roaster and Dave Briskie only gives straight answers or I would have sold out a long time ago.
