I hope you are right and I am wrong but one week out and they are using the word anticipates only means they are not sure about certain things. You don't use the word "anticipates" unless you are uncertain about something. What is it that they are uncertain about that might not be discussed?
I've been doing this for too long. "Qualitative" is not the same as "quantitative --- sadly, you will get much less info than you expect. It will be another crystal-ball shot in the dark set of numbers meaning exactly nothing.
