Hunterdog, what if the company is in play and they believe that they will be sold within the next 12 months. They should be compensated and this stock will mean nothing. If you look at the total holding by Brad it is really not a lot compared to other companies. If this thing is sold off at say 1.5x rev or close to $300M he will have I think about $1M shares. At that point in time he deserves it.

Yes I will hear from the peanut gallery about how the early guys on board got screwed but for the real players ( Arnold, Frost , Tiger, Wynfield ) he is doing great. Let him have his shares as long as the stock keep performing for the rest of us.
