I think that legal problem with Dethrone has prevented them from getting a non toxic loan from a legitimate lender for a good sized run.

Now they either have it promised or have the money in hand.
Now they as they said in last pr, concentrate on making all the arrangements for product run, hopefully in Oct.

Let's see if their forward projection comes to fruition.
