In laymen's terms: a reverse-split is on the table as they've already been discussing the details of the split publically & internally

I will agree with what you say here though. You specifically state that ADCS has ZERO REVENUE NOW & IN THE NEAR FUTURE... This is 100% true!

He said once STEADY revenues are in, THEN they will TALK about an RS to fix share structure. NOTHING was said about RS now. Nothing is on the table right now, or in the near future...
