.0012-.0014 will be the first safe scalping range WITHOUT dilution present. .001-.0012 would be safer with dilution present. I'm not saying it's going to happen overnight... but by the end of the next week we will have the opportunity to buy 12s for sure.

Did you completely miss the 3 higher lows along the bottom? And the fact that all of those lows were reached bc of dilution? Your numbers are BS imo
